Welcome, friends!

As a passionate believer in living the creative life I enjoy many creative endeavours.. my average day involves art, teaching, playing ukulele and singing.

My art practice takes on a variety of forms. I'm a lover of painting & drawing, but I also enjoy working in mixed media, ceramics and 3D work, these elements often creeping into my pieces.

I initially trained as an art teacher and taught for close to 10 years in high schools in Sydney. In 2000 I started my own private art studio, where I continue to teach as well as create my own artwork and illustrations.

I've spent the last decade or so concentrating on children's book illustration, and have this year started to refocus on my paintings. I'm very much looking forward to getting back into exhibiting again... watch this space!

I'm fully committed to promoting art and creativity within my own community, starting with my family. My fundamental belief is that we have to be proactive in the world, creating the environment in which we wish to live.

Thanks so much for visiting my website. Happy exploring!
